אֶ֭מְחָצֵם וְלֹא־יֻ֣כְלוּ ק֑וּם יִ֝פְּל֗וּ תַּ֣חַת רַגְלָֽי׃
Ich reibe sie auf und zerschmettere sie, dass sie nicht aufstehen; sie fallen unter meine Füße.
Aramaic Targum to Psalms
I will destroy them,100 An assimilation to 2 Sam. 22:39 and they are unable to rise; and the slain have fallen under the soles of my feet.
