Commentary for Amos 7:13

וּבֵֽית־אֵ֔ל לֹֽא־תוֹסִ֥יף ע֖וֹד לְהִנָּבֵ֑א כִּ֤י מִקְדַּשׁ־מֶ֙לֶךְ֙ ה֔וּא וּבֵ֥ית מַמְלָכָ֖ה הֽוּא׃ (ס)

but prophesy not again any more at Beth-el, for it is the king’s sanctuary, and it is a royal house.’

But do not continue to prophesy in Bethel—for here they mention only the name of the idols.
