Commentary for Amos 5:10

שָׂנְא֥וּ בַשַּׁ֖עַר מוֹכִ֑יחַ וְדֹבֵ֥ר תָּמִ֖ים יְתָעֵֽבוּ׃

They hate him that reproveth in the gate, And they abhor him that speaketh uprightly.

They hated him who reproves them in the gate—You do not fear Him or His prophets, and you hated those who reprove you in the gates of the courts.
