וַיֹּ֥אמֶר יְהוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃

And the LORD spoke unto me, saying:

ויאמר ה' אלי, ‘the Lord said to me;” this was only in the fortieth year when we came to Kadesh.
