בֶּן־אָדָ֗ם מָֽה־הַמָּשָׁ֤ל הַזֶּה֙ לָכֶ֔ם עַל־אַדְמַ֥ת יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל לֵאמֹ֑ר יַֽאַרְכוּ֙ הַיָּמִ֔ים וְאָבַ֖ד כָּל־חָזֽוֹן׃
’Son of man, what is that proverb that ye have in the land of Israel, saying: The days are prolonged, and every vision faileth?

The days will draw on and the retribution will not come, and meanwhile, the evil prophecy that the prophets are prophesying about us will be lost, and it will be forgotten and disappear.
