Commentary for Ezekiel 32:9

וְהִ֨כְעַסְתִּ֔י לֵ֖ב עַמִּ֣ים רַבִּ֑ים בַּהֲבִיאִ֤י שִׁבְרְךָ֙ בַּגּוֹיִ֔ם עַל־אֲרָצ֖וֹת אֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹֽא־יְדַעְתָּֽם׃

I will also vex the hearts of many peoples, when I shall bring thy destruction among the nations, into the countries which thou hast not known.

And I will vex the heart i.e., their heart will tremble and quake.
