Commentary for Ezekiel 46:3

וְהִשְׁתַּחֲו֣וּ עַם־הָאָ֗רֶץ פֶּ֚תַח הַשַּׁ֣עַר הַה֔וּא בַּשַּׁבָּת֖וֹת וּבֶחֳדָשִׁ֑ים לִפְנֵ֖י יְהוָֽה׃

Likewise the people of the land shall worship at the door of that gate before the LORD in the sabbaths and in the new moons.

And the people of the land shall prostrate themselves all day, and whoever comes, too, and in the evening they shall close it.
