Commentary for Ezekiel 48:19

וְהָעֹבֵ֖ד הָעִ֑יר יַעַבְד֕וּהוּ מִכֹּ֖ל שִׁבְטֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

And they that serve the city, out of all the tribes of Israel, shall till it.

of all the tribes of Israel shall serve him for they gave them this as a portion of the land.
