Commentary for Job 26:9
מְאַחֵ֥ז פְּנֵי־כִסֵּ֑ה פַּרְשֵׁ֖ז עָלָ֣יו עֲנָנֽוֹ׃
He closeth in the face of His throne, And spreadeth His cloud upon it.
