תִּשָּׂאֵ֣נִי אֶל־ר֭וּחַ תַּרְכִּיבֵ֑נִי וּ֝תְמֹגְגֵ֗נִי תשוה [תּוּשִׁיָּֽה׃]

Thou liftest me up to the wind, Thou causest me to ride upon it; And Thou dissolvest my substance.

and weakness melts me away Heb. ותמגגני, a feminine form, the subject of which is תֻּשִיָה, and this “tav” is not like the “tav” of “You lift me up (תשאני).”
