Commentary for Haggai 2:8

לִ֥י הַכֶּ֖סֶף וְלִ֣י הַזָּהָ֑ב נְאֻ֖ם יְהוָ֥ה צְבָאֽוֹת׃

Mine is the silver, and Mine the gold, saith the LORD of hosts.

The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine and it is in My power to bring it to whomever I desire.
