וְיָסְפ֧וּ עֲנָוִ֛ים בַּֽיהוָ֖ה שִׂמְחָ֑ה וְאֶבְיוֹנֵ֣י אָדָ֔ם בִּקְד֥וֹשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל יָגִֽילוּ׃
The humble also shall increase their joy in the LORD, and the neediest among men shall exult in the Holy One of Israel.

The meek also shall increase, etc. The righteous will escape, when the fortified towns of Judah will be taken, and the judges of Ahaz will be no more, as I explained above (1:26).27See c. i. Note 48.
