הֹלֵ֣ךְ צְדָק֔וֹת וְדֹבֵ֖ר מֵֽישָׁרִ֑ים מֹאֵ֞ס בְּבֶ֣צַע מַעֲשַׁקּ֗וֹת נֹעֵ֤ר כַּפָּיו֙ מִתְּמֹ֣ךְ בַּשֹּׁ֔חַד אֹטֵ֤ם אָזְנוֹ֙ מִשְּׁמֹ֣עַ דָּמִ֔ים וְעֹצֵ֥ם עֵינָ֖יו מֵרְא֥וֹת בְּרָֽע׃

He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; He that despiseth the gain of oppressions, That shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, That stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, And shutteth his eyes from looking upon evil;

אוטם That stoppeth. Comp. יאטם that stoppeth (Ps. 58:5); although the two words are of two different conjugations.16עוצם is Kal, ויעצם Piel of אוטם ;עצם Kal, יאטם Hiphil of אטם.16עוצם is Kal, ויעצם Piel of אוטם ;עצם Kal, יאטם Hiphil of אטם.
