נִשְׂגָּ֣ב יְהוָ֔ה כִּ֥י שֹׁכֵ֖ן מָר֑וֹם מִלֵּ֣א צִיּ֔וֹן מִשְׁפָּ֖ט וּצְדָקָֽה׃
The LORD is exalted, for He dwelleth on high; He hath filled Zion with justice and righteousness.

for He dwells on high He demonstrated His might, that He is exalted above all, and He has the upper hand.
