Commentary for Isaiah 42:12
יָשִׂ֥ימוּ לַֽיהוָ֖ה כָּב֑וֹד וּתְהִלָּת֖וֹ בָּאִיִּ֥ים יַגִּֽידוּ׃
Let them give glory unto the LORD, And declare His praise in the islands.
Ibn Ezra on Isaiah
They will give glory, etc. They will acknowledge that God has done great things, and will say as follows :
