Commentary for Jeremiah 16:8

וּבֵית־מִשְׁתֶּ֥ה לֹא־תָב֖וֹא לָשֶׁ֣בֶת אוֹתָ֑ם לֶאֱכֹ֖ל וְלִשְׁתּֽוֹת׃ (ס)

And thou shalt not go into the house of feasting to sit with them, to eat and to drink.

And to a house of feasting that I said to you above, “You shall not go,” this is the reason: Behold, I will cut off from this place, etc.
