ה֥וֹי אַשּׁ֖וּר שֵׁ֣בֶט אַפִּ֑י וּמַטֶּה־ה֥וּא בְיָדָ֖ם זַעְמִֽי׃

O Asshur, the rod of Mine anger, In whose hand as a staff is Mine indignation!
