Commentary for Job 15:26
יָר֣וּץ אֵלָ֣יו בְּצַוָּ֑אר בַּ֝עֲבִ֗י גַּבֵּ֥י מָֽגִנָּֽיו׃
He runneth upon him with a stiff neck, With the thick bosses of his bucklers.

He runs towards Him He would run toward the Creator with his neck high and upright, in order to provoke Him.
