יָמַ֣י עָ֭בְרוּ זִמֹּתַ֣י נִתְּק֑וּ מ֖וֹרָשֵׁ֣י לְבָבִֽי׃

My days are past, my purposes are broken off, Even the thoughts of my heart.

My days etc. Behold, the days of my prosperity, to which I became accustomed, have passed.
