Commentary for Job 32:4
וֶֽאֱלִיה֗וּ חִכָּ֣ה אֶת־אִ֭יּוֹב בִּדְבָרִ֑ים כִּ֤י זְֽקֵנִים־הֵ֖מָּה מִמֶּ֣נּוּ לְיָמִֽים׃
Now Elihu had waited to speak unto Job, because they were older than he.
Rashi on Job
because they were older than he in days [i.e.,] the others [were older than he]. Therefore, he refrained until they were still.
