מִ֭מְּלֹךְ אָדָ֥ם חָנֵ֗ף מִמֹּ֥קְשֵׁי עָֽם׃

That the godless man reign not, That there be none to ensnare the people.

And it shall be quiet, that a flattering man shall not reign because of the snares of the people Over the poor, who reigned.
