Commentary for Job 9:34

יָסֵ֣ר מֵעָלַ֣י שִׁבְט֑וֹ וְ֝אֵמָת֗וֹ אַֽל־תְּבַעֲתַֽנִּי׃

Let Him take His rod away from me, And let not His terror make me afraid;

He requests that his suffering cease so that he can address Him on more even terms and prove his innocence
