וְעַל־יָדָ֤ם הֶחֱזִיק֙ רְפָיָ֣ה בֶן־ח֔וּר שַׂ֕ר חֲצִ֖י פֶּ֥לֶךְ יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ (ס)
And next unto them repaired Rephaiah the son of Hur, the ruler of half the district of Jerusalem.
