Commentary for Proverbs 16:23

לֵ֣ב חָ֭כָם יַשְׂכִּ֣יל פִּ֑יהוּ וְעַל־שְׂ֝פָתָ֗יו יֹסִ֥יף לֶֽקַח׃

The heart of the wise teacheth his mouth, And addeth learning to his lips.

The heart of a wise man gives his mouth intelligence His heart teaches his mouth to speak lucidly.
