יַ֣עַן קָ֭רָאתִי וַתְּמָאֵ֑נוּ נָטִ֥יתִי יָ֝דִ֗י וְאֵ֣ין מַקְשִֽׁיב׃
Because I have called, and ye refused, I have stretched out my hand, and no man attended,

I stretched out my hand to beckon to you to turn to me, like a man who beckons to his friend with his hand, stretching out his hand to him to turn to him.
