צַדִּ֣יק לְעוֹלָ֣ם בַּל־יִמּ֑וֹט וּ֝רְשָׁעִ֗ים לֹ֣א יִשְׁכְּנוּ־אָֽרֶץ׃
The righteous shall never be moved; But the wicked shall not inhabit the land.

The righteous will not collapse forever When he collapses, his collapse is not a permanent collapse, but he will fall and rise.
