שִׂפְתֵ֣י חֲ֭כָמִים יְזָ֣רוּ דָ֑עַת וְלֵ֖ב כְּסִילִ֣ים לֹא־כֵֽן׃
The lips of the wise disperse knowledge; But the heart of the foolish is not stedfast.
