ה֗וֹן יֹ֭סִיף רֵעִ֣ים רַבִּ֑ים וְ֝דָ֗ל מֵרֵ֥עהוּ יִפָּרֵֽד׃
Wealth addeth many friends; But as for the poor, his friend separateth himself from him.

Wealth adds many friends Heb. רעים רבים, many lovers. And it can be interpreted as concerning one who learned Torah.
