Commentary for Proverbs 24:30

עַל־שְׂדֵ֣ה אִישׁ־עָצֵ֣ל עָבַ֑רְתִּי וְעַל־כֶּ֝֗רֶם אָדָ֥ם חֲסַר־לֵֽב׃

I went by the field of the slothful, And by the vineyard of the man void of understanding;

a lazy man who does not review the memorization of his studies.
