אַל־תִּמְנַע־ט֥וֹב מִבְּעָלָ֑יו בִּהְי֨וֹת לְאֵ֖ל ידיך [יָדְךָ֣] לַעֲשֽׂוֹת׃

Withhold not good from him to whom it is due, When it is in the power of thy hand to do it.
