Commentary for Proverbs 4:2

כִּ֤י לֶ֣קַח ט֭וֹב נָתַ֣תִּי לָכֶ֑ם תּֽ֝וֹרָתִ֗י אַֽל־תַּעֲזֹֽבוּ׃

For I give you a good taking; Forsake ye not my teaching.

For I gave you The prophet prophesies and speaks as an agent of the Holy One, blessed be He, and he is like His mouth.
