זָ֘כַ֤רְתִּי מִשְׁפָּטֶ֖יךָ מֵעוֹלָ֥ם ׀ יְהוָ֗ה וָֽאֶתְנֶחָֽם׃
I have remembered Thine ordinances which are of old, O LORD, and have comforted myself. .

Your judgments of old that You bring sufferings and You repent of your anger and forgive. Therefore, I was consoled.
