שָׁ֤וְא ׀ יְֽדַבְּרוּ֮ אִ֤ישׁ אֶת־רֵ֫עֵ֥הוּ שְׂפַ֥ת חֲלָק֑וֹת בְּלֵ֖ב וָלֵ֣ב יְדַבֵּֽרוּ׃
They speak falsehood every one with his neighbour; With flattering lip, and with a double heart, do they speak.
Rashi on Psalms
with a double heart Lit. with a heart and a heart; with two hearts. They feign friendliness, but there is hatred hidden in their heart.
