תּוֹרַ֣ת אֱלֹהָ֣יו בְּלִבּ֑וֹ לֹ֖א תִמְעַ֣ד אֲשֻׁרָיו׃

The law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps slide.

his feet do not falter His steps do not slip.
