Commentary for Psalms 40:2
קַוֺּ֣ה קִוִּ֣יתִי יְהוָ֑ה וַיֵּ֥ט אֵ֝לַ֗י וַיִּשְׁמַ֥ע שַׁוְעָתִֽי׃
I waited patiently for the LORD; and He inclined unto me, and heard my cry.
