Commentary for Psalms 44:27

ק֭וּמָֽה עֶזְרָ֣תָה לָּ֑נוּ וּ֝פְדֵ֗נוּ לְמַ֣עַן חַסְדֶּֽךָ׃

Arise for our help, and redeem us for Thy mercy's sake.

and redeem us for the sake of Your kindness We do not come with the power of our deeds, but do [this] for the sake of Your kindness.
