Commentary for Psalms 107:2

יֹ֭אמְרוּ גְּאוּלֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר גְּ֝אָלָ֗ם מִיַּד־צָֽר׃

So let the redeemed of the LORD say, Whom He hath redeemed from the hand of the adversary;

Those redeemed by the Lord shall say it when He redeems them from the hands of an oppressor.
