Commentary for Psalms 107:32

וִֽ֭ירֹמְמוּהוּ בִּקְהַל־עָ֑ם וּבְמוֹשַׁ֖ב זְקֵנִ֣ים יְהַלְלֽוּהוּ׃

Let them exalt Him also in the assembly of the people, And praise Him in the seat of the elders.

And they shall exalt Him in an assembly of people He must give thanks in the presence of ten.
