Commentary for Psalms 21:9
תִּמְצָ֣א יָ֭דְךָ לְכָל־אֹיְבֶ֑יךָ יְ֝מִֽינְךָ תִּמְצָ֥א שֹׂנְאֶֽיךָ׃
Thy hand shall be equal to all thine enemies; Thy right hand shall overtake those that hate thee.
