Commentary for Psalms 38:20

וְֽ֭אֹיְבַי חַיִּ֣ים עָצֵ֑מוּ וְרַבּ֖וּ שֹׂנְאַ֣י שָֽׁקֶר׃

But mine enemies are strong in health; and they that hate me wrongfully are multiplied.

are in the vigor of life They are in the vigor of life with tranquility and goodness.
