Commentary for Psalms 39:8

וְעַתָּ֣ה מַה־קִּוִּ֣יתִי אֲדֹנָ֑י תּ֝וֹחַלְתִּ֗י לְךָ֣ הִֽיא׃

And now, Lord, what wait I for? My hope, it is in Thee.

And now, what have I hoped What is the request that I ask and hope from You? It is only that You save me from my transgressions.
