Commentary for Psalms 50:5

Gather to Me My devoted ones And He will further call to the heavens and the earth that they gather the exiles to Him, as the matter that is stated (Song 4:16): “Awake, O north wind, and come, O south wind.”

who made a covenant with Me over a sacrifice Who received the Torah with a covenant and a sacrifice, as it is stated (Exod. 24:8): “Behold the blood of the covenant, which the Lord has made with you.”
