הֲבֵאתָ֥נוּ בַמְּצוּדָ֑ה שַׂ֖מְתָּ מוּעָקָ֣ה בְמָתְנֵֽינוּ׃
Thou didst bring us into the hold; Thou didst lay constraint upon our loins.
