Commentary for Psalms 85:9

אֶשְׁמְעָ֗ה מַה־יְדַבֵּר֮ הָאֵ֪ל ׀ יְה֫וָ֥ה כִּ֤י ׀ יְדַבֵּ֬ר שָׁל֗וֹם אֶל־עַמּ֥וֹ וְאֶל־חֲסִידָ֑יו וְֽאַל־יָשׁ֥וּבוּ לְכִסְלָֽה׃

I will hear what God the LORD will speak; For He will speak peace unto His people, and to His saints; But let them not turn back to folly.

I shall hear what God will speak I shall merit to hear what the Holy One, blessed be He, will speak when He speaks peace to His people.
