Commentary for Psalms 89:23

לֹֽא־יַשִּׁ֣א אוֹיֵ֣ב בּ֑וֹ וּבֶן־עַ֝וְלָ֗ה לֹ֣א יְעַנֶּֽנּוּ׃

The enemy shall not exact from him; Nor the son of wickedness afflict him.

No enemy will exact from him No enemy will overwhelm him to become as his creditor.
