Commentary for Psalms 50:4
יִקְרָ֣א אֶל־הַשָּׁמַ֣יִם מֵעָ֑ל וְאֶל־הָ֝אָ֗רֶץ לָדִ֥ין עַמּֽוֹ׃
He calleth to the heavens above, and to the earth, that He may judge His people:
