Commentary for Zechariah 2:5

וָאֶשָּׂ֥א עֵינַ֛י וָאֵ֖רֶא וְהִנֵּה־אִ֑ישׁ וּבְיָד֖וֹ חֶ֥בֶל מִדָּֽה׃

And I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and behold a man with a measuring line in his hand.
