Commentary for Psalms 58:4

זֹ֣רוּ רְשָׁעִ֣ים מֵרָ֑חֶם תָּע֥וּ מִ֝בֶּ֗טֶן דֹּבְרֵ֥י כָזָֽב׃

The wicked are estranged from the womb; The speakers of lies go astray as soon as they are born.
