Commentary for Psalms 89:35

לֹא־אֲחַלֵּ֥ל בְּרִיתִ֑י וּמוֹצָ֥א שְׂ֝פָתַ֗י לֹ֣א אֲשַׁנֶּֽה׃

My covenant will I not profane, Nor alter that which is gone out of My lips.
