Numbers 35:20 Halakhah

וְאִם־בְּשִׂנְאָ֖ה יֶהְדָּפֶ֑נּוּ אֽוֹ־הִשְׁלִ֥יךְ עָלָ֛יו בִּצְדִיָּ֖ה וַיָּמֹֽת׃

And if he thrust him of hatred, or hurled at him any thing, lying in wait, so that he died;
